Shale Shaker
Shale Shaker supplied is latest innovation of first stage solid-control equipment to be used for drilling mud. Adopted the advanced techniques in China and other countries, the equipment is the most advanced shaker in China currently. We can supply the dual-shaker or triple-shaker according to customer‘s requirements and also provide the corresponding pipes. The Shaker also can be used as the Underflow Screen of Desander and Desilter Assembly.
Vacuum Degasser
The Series of Vacuum Degasser is specialized equipment to treat gas invasion to drilling fluid. It is a important equipment to restore the proportion and stabilize the performance of mud. At the same time, it can be used as agitator with large power which is applicable to all types of slurry purification supporting system. Being Vacuum Degasser, it makes use of vacuum suction effect to cause negative pressure in the main tank. Under the influence of atmospheric pressure the mud is inhaled into the hollow shaft through inhalation of the rotor. And then it is dished out to the wall of main tank from the windows around the hollow shaft. Because of the collision and the penetration effect of foam separator, the bubbles in mud are broken and gas escapes. The vacuum pump sucks the gas into separator tanks to remove water. Afterwards, the gas will be discharged into secure field through the exhaust pipe. By the influence of centrifugal force the mud enter the emptier and is expelled from the main tank by the centrifugal force of rotor and flows into the mud circulatory system.
Desilter and Desander
The Cyclone Separator is the 2nd or the 3rd stage solid control equipment in drilling. According to the Cyclone’s diameter are classified as Desander and Desilter. The Cyclone Separator that its diameter is more than 6 " is called Desander which is the 2nd solid control equipment in drilling. 10 "and 12" Cyclone are in common use. The Cyclone Separator that its diameter is less than 6 " is called Desilter which is the 3rd solid control equipment in drilling. 5 " and 4" cyclone are in common use. According to the requirements of processing capacity to select groups of Cyclone Separator and combine them into Desander and Desilter.
LW Centrifuge
LW series Decanting Centrifuge separates the suspended liquid using the principle of centrifugal settlement actions. The suspended liquid is pushed into the rotor drum through feeding tube by the spiral feeder. Under the influence of centrifugal force, solid phase particles are pushed to the inter- nal wall of the drum by the revolving vanes, and discharged through the small end of the drum. But the liquid is discharged from the overflow hole at the large end. The cycle is continuous so as to achieve a continuous separation.
